Your account

Use your own Google account, keep it private, and provide accurate information. You must not share account access, course content, assessment content, or certificates with others.

Course purchases and access

Course prices are displayed at checkout and payments are processed by Razorpay. Where a course is described as providing lifetime access, this means access for as long as RK Tech Edge Academy continues to offer and host that course on its platform; it does not guarantee access for the purchaser's lifetime. If we permanently discontinue the platform or a course, we will use reasonable efforts to give at least 60 days' notice to the email address associated with the account, where reasonably possible. During that period, we may provide an appropriate alternative, such as access to replacement content, a content migration, or another remedy where required by law. Course materials are for your personal learning use only; you may not copy, redistribute, sell, or make them available to others.

Course changes and completion

We may make reasonable updates to course materials. A certificate is issued only after you complete 100% of the lessons required for that course. Account sharing, misuse, or piracy will result in revoked access.

Refunds

Course purchases: you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are not available once 20% or more of the course has been watched or completed. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, less any non-refundable payment-transaction charges. An approved refund revokes course access and invalidates any certificate issued for it. 1:1 sessions: refunds follow the service’s own cancellation rule and are issued automatically when you cancel an eligible booking from your booking page. 1:1 sessions and bookings

1:1 services are live sessions delivered one-on-one on Google Meet at a time you choose from the available calendar. Prices are displayed at checkout and payments are processed by Razorpay. When you pay, the chosen slot is held and then booked for you; the booking is confirmed when the calendar invitation is issued. In the rare case that a slot cannot be booked after payment, your payment remains valid and you can choose another open time from your booking page at no extra cost.

Each service states its own rescheduling and cancellation rules, including any cut-off time and cancellation fee; these are shown on the service page and at checkout and you accept them when you pay. Reschedule or cancel only from your booking page in the Academy, which applies the stated rule and any refund automatically. A cancelled booking cannot be reinstated. Sessions not attended, or joined after the scheduled time has passed, are treated as delivered and are not refundable. If we must cancel a session, we will offer a new time or a refund. Sessions are for your personal use; recording, sharing, or reselling a session is not permitted.

Resume builder and resume credits

The resume builder, its templates, the ATS check, and PDF and Word downloads are free to use. AI-tailored resumes use credits: one credit gives one tailored resume for one job description, including the number of regenerations stated when you use it. Credits come as a free allowance or as paid packs; each pack states its price, number of credits and validity before you pay, and payments are processed by Razorpay. Unused credits expire at the end of their validity period, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred. If a pack is refunded, its unused credits stop working; see the Refund policy.

You are responsible for the content of your resume. AI suggestions are checked so they only reword what you wrote, but you should review every change before you use the resume, and only add missing keywords that are true for you. An ATS score is a guide, not a guarantee of shortlisting, an interview, or a job. Do not upload or enter another person’s resume or personal data. We may limit AI use per day to keep the service available for everyone.

Assessment conduct

Follow the instructions set by your instructor for each assessment. Do not impersonate another person, interfere with the platform, or attempt to bypass timing, access, or submission controls.

Assessment records and availability

The server is the authority for assessment eligibility, timing, saved answers, submission status, and scoring. Submitted attempts are preserved as history. We work to keep the service dependable, but network interruptions and maintenance can occur; report issues through Support.

Access and enforcement

Academy administrators may limit or remove access where there is misuse, a security concern, or an academic-integrity issue. These terms do not replace any rules issued by your institution or instructor.
