Assessment rules

Before you start

Use a stable internet connection, sign in with your own account, and start only when you are ready. Check the duration, availability window, attempt limit, and any instructions shown on the assessment page.

During the assessment

The timer is controlled by the server. Answers are saved in batches and the page indicates save or offline status. Keep the page open when possible; if your connection drops, your browser keeps a local outbox and retries when it can reconnect.

Submission and expiry

Review your answers before submitting. Submission is final and is safe to retry if the network response is interrupted. When the deadline passes, the system finalises the attempt using the answers saved by the server.

Results and help

Results are available according to the assessment settings. If you experience a technical issue, record the assessment name and approximate time, then contact Support as soon as possible.
