Refunds
Courses may be refunded within 7 days of purchase subject to the rules below. 1:1 sessions follow the cancellation rule stated for each service. Resume credit packs follow the rule below.
Course refunds: eligibility
A refund is not available once 20% or more of the course has been watched or completed. We assess this using the learning progress recorded in your Academy account.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] within 7 days of purchase. Include the course name and payment reference, but never send passwords, session cookies, or payment-card details.
Processing and access
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, less any non-refundable payment-transaction charges. An approved refund revokes course access and invalidates any certificate issued for it.
1:1 sessions
Each 1:1 service states its own rule on its page and at checkout: whether cancellation is allowed, the cut-off before the session (for example, up to 24 hours before), and any cancellation fee. Where cancellation is allowed and you cancel within the window from your booking page, the refund is issued automatically to the original payment method for the amount paid minus the stated fee, typically within 5–7 business days, less any non-refundable payment-transaction charges. If a coupon reduced the price to or below the fee, no refund is due. Sessions outside the cancellation window, services that do not allow cancellation, and missed sessions are not refundable; where rescheduling is allowed you may move the session instead. A cancelled booking cannot be reinstated. If the Academy cancels a session, you will be offered a new time or a full refund.
Resume credit packs
The resume builder, templates, ATS check and downloads are free, so no refund applies to them. To request a refund for a resume credit pack, email [email protected] with the pack name and payment reference. When a refund is issued, full or partial, all unused credits in that pack stop working immediately; resumes you have already created remain in your account. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, less any non-refundable payment-transaction charges. Free credits and credits granted by the Academy have no cash value and are not refundable.
