Courses marked as lifetime access remain available for as long as RK Tech Edge Academy continues to offer and host the course. See our Terms of use for the full policy.

Use a current version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari and a stable connection. If the course provides multiple video qualities, choose a lower quality when your connection is slow. Contact support with the course, device, browser, and approximate time if the issue continues.

Course videos are provided for protected online playback. Download availability depends on the lesson type: downloadable course files are clearly shown as downloads, while videos are not offered as downloads.

Your learning progress is saved as you use course lessons. A certificate is available only when you complete 100% of the lessons required for the course. Optional lessons and quizzes do not prevent certificate eligibility.

1:1 services are live, one-on-one sessions on Google Meet, such as a mock interview or a resume review. Open 1:1 Services, choose a service, pick an open time from the live calendar, and pay. Your slot is held while you pay and booked the moment payment is confirmed. You then receive a payment receipt from the Academy and a calendar invitation with the Google Meet link from cal.com, our scheduling provider.

Open My Bookings. Each booking page shows the session time and, where the service allows it, Reschedule and Cancel options. Please manage sessions from there rather than from the calendar email: the Academy applies the service’s policy and any refund automatically.

That depends on the service: its page and the checkout screen state the exact rule, including any cut-off (for example, up to 24 hours before the session) and any cancellation fee. Rescheduling, where allowed, is free. Cancelling, where allowed, refunds the amount paid minus any stated fee. A cancelled booking cannot be reinstated; if you want another session, book again. Missed sessions are not refundable.

This is rare and your payment is safe. It can happen if the slot was taken while your payment was processing. Open the booking from My Bookings and pick another open time; it is booked on the same payment, with nothing more to pay.

Yes. Manual editing, every template, the ATS checklist, job-keyword matching, and PDF/Word downloads are free. Sign in with Google to save your work. You do not need to buy an AI pack.

Use real text, standard headings and truthful job-relevant keywords. Single-column layouts offer the simplest reading order. Sidebar Word exports use a layout table, and recruitment systems may parse layouts differently. Our checks do not guarantee an ATS result or a shortlist.

It measures coverage of recognised job skills: explicitly required skills count twice, and preferred or unspecified skills count once. Recognised company and benefits sections are excluded. Job-title wording and optional resume sections do not earn points. The free check cannot verify ability or eligibility; labels can be imperfect. If no job skills are recognised, no score is shown. It is not an employer ATS score or a promise of interviews.

Credits cover enabled features such as resume import, tailoring, job analysis and adaptive interview practice. Each feature has its own cost and free allowance; one credit does not necessarily equal one resume. See current feature costs and pack prices before buying. AI assistance is currently unavailable; the free builder, checks and downloads are still available.

Tailoring uses the resume content you selected and the job description. Checks reject unsupported numbers and recognized skills, but you should still review every rewrite. You can keep or revert suggestions and continue editing manually.

Yes. Add and edit facts directly inside each resume, or copy a saved resume for another job. Changes stay in that resume. To reuse selected facts in future resumes, review them with Also save to My details. Contact details are shared across resumes. Manual editing, copies, checks and downloads are free.

Your saved resumes are private to your account and resume contact details are encrypted in storage. Optional AI features send the text needed for that task to an AI provider, with contact filtering. Avoid adding sensitive personal information to free-text answers. You can delete your resume data from your profile. Read the privacy notice.

Do not try repeated payments while a payment is still processing. Email support with the course name and payment reference, if available. Do not send card details, passwords, or screenshots containing sensitive payment information.

Enter an eligible coupon code during checkout. Coupons can have course restrictions, expiry dates, redemption limits, and a maximum discount. Only one applicable coupon can be used for a purchase.

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are not available once 20% or more of the course has been watched or completed. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, less any non-refundable payment-transaction charges. An approved refund revokes course access and invalidates any issued certificate. See the Refund policy.

Yes. Each pack shows how long its credits are valid before you buy. Any free starter credits also have a validity period. You can see your credits and expiry dates in your resume workspace. Unused credits cannot be transferred to another account.

Resume pack refunds follow the Refund policy. When a pack is refunded, its unused credits stop working. Resumes you have already created stay in your account.
